These Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”) apply to the A’ La Carte website located at www.alacartecookingclass.com (the “Site”), and all associated sites linked to www.alacartecookingclass.com by A’ La Carte, its subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is the property of A’ La Carte and its licensors.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a continuing waiver.
